ROCHESTER — The Older Persons’ Commission in Rochester is celebrating the 40th anniversary of its founding this year with a new name and rebranding to mark the occasion. The rebranding has “been a long time coming,” said Colleen Burtka, the OPC’s marketing and development specialist. The meetings are held at OPC Social & Activity Center, 650 Letica Dr., Rochester, Michigan, at 5:00 pm. The meeting schedule for 2024 is: January 4, March 7, June 6, June 27, September 5 and November 7.
